Company Description We're a cross-border tax and advisory firm (ASAN Group Inc.) with a growing real estate practice, looking for an organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to become the founder's right hand. You'll own the day-to-day operations — communications, scheduling, data, and marketing coordination — so the founder can focus on high-value client and advisory work. send reminders and keep projects moving CLIENT DATABASE & CRM • Build and maintain an accurate, well-organized client and contact database • EXCEL & REPORTING • Organise data in Excel / Google Sheets; Maintain a content calendar and schedule / publish posts across platforms • Create straightforward graphics from templates (Canva); OUTREACH & LEAD SUPPORT • Cold calling / appointment setting to prospective clients; Document formatting, file organization, light research, and ad-hoc support as needed 2+ years as a VA / EA / administrator,
ideally supporting a founder or professional-services firm • Excellent written and spoken English • Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets, email & calendar tools, and a CRM • Comfort with social schedulers and Canva • Discretion and reliability with confidential financial and client information • Familiarity with QuickBooks or Sage (light bookkeeping exposure)• Cold calling / tele sales / appointment-setting experience with North American clients • Exposure to real estate or the accounting / tax industry Full-time and fully remote. We ask for roughly 3–4 hours of daily overlap with Eastern Time (Toronto) for calls and coordination, with some evening-IST availability for North American outreach. You'll access information on a need-to-know basis, use firm-approved tools only, and follow sound security practices (strong unique passwords, no client data stored on personal devices.
