The specialist will design and execute growth strategies to generate qualified leads for counseling programs and coaching services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and optimizing lead funnels, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and identifying new digital channels and communities for client acquisition. The role involves coordinating outreach campaigns, collaborating with the marketing and operations teams, and refining messaging to attract and engage target audiences globally. The specialist will also maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversion metrics, while continuously testing and iterating to improve growth outcomes.
