Role OverviewThis is a founding sales leadership role. You will be responsible for building and scaling the entire sales function from outbound strategy to closing enterprise deals.We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience selling AI / SaaS solutions, understands up-to-date outbound systems, and can combine strategy + execution.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end sales strategy and executionBuild and scale outbound sales systems (cold email, LinkedIn, automation tools, AI-driven outreach)Generate, manage, and close enterprise AI dealsDefine and optimize sales funnels, pipelines, and conversion metricsWork closely with founders to define and refine go-to-market strategyBuild repeatable sales playbooks, messaging, and processesOwn revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline visibilityIdentify and unlock new markets, segments, and use casesHire, train, and manage sales team over timeAlign closely with product and engineering to improve conversion and solution fitContinuously optimize for conversion, deal velocity,
