Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement structured sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives- Identify recent business opportunities across manufacturing, automotive, and industrial sectors- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Conduct professional product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations- Coordinate closely with engineering and technical teams for customized solutions - Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to internal processes and compliance standards Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Robotics / Automation or related field)- MBA (preferred but not mandatory)- Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in robotics or automation Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of robotics systems and industrial automation- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- High level of discipline, integrity, and professionalism- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment- Willingness to travel as required Preferred Experience:- Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, or manufacturing clients- Knowledge of PLC, Industry 4.0, or AI-based automation solutions Performance Metrics:- Achievement of sales targets- New client acquisition- Customer retention and satisfaction- Sales pipeline and conversion efficiency Reporting Structure:Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Head
