This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health of our organization and will provide an opportunity to grow with the company.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.Payroll Management: Calculate and process salaries for employees and wages for laborers.Ensure accurate deductions for taxes, perks, and other withholdings.Invoicing and Billing: Generate and manage invoices for clients. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.Tax Compliance: Manage GST filings, TDS, and other statutory tax compliances.Ensure timely submission of tax returns and reports.Day-to-Day Financial Operations: Manage accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records. Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure cost control.Reporting and Analysis:



Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Provide financial insights to aid decision-making.Audit and Documentation: Assist with internal and external audits.
