We are seeking an experienced F&B; Manager to oversee and manage Food & Beverage operations for Promotersand Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. The role requires delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining the higheststandards of service excellence, and ensuring a personalized dining experience with utmost professionalism andconfidentiality.Key Responsibilities* Manage end-to-end F&B; operations for Promoters and UHNW guests.* Ensure world-class service standards and personalized guest experiences.* Plan and supervise daily dining operations, VVIP events, and special occasions.* Lead, train, and mentor the F&B; service team to deliver luxury hospitality standards.* Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, procurement,



and other support teams for seamless operations.* Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.* Handle guest preferences, dietary requirements, and service protocols with discretion.* Monitor inventory and vendor coordination for smooth operations.* Ensure complete confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail always.Eligibility:* Graduate in Hotel Management (Mandatory).* Minimum 12 – 14 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations with luxury hotels.* Proven experience in managing VVIP & UHNW client services is highly preferred
