The ideal candidate should have solid Financial Controlling & Accounting expertise and proven experience in senior finance leadership roles. Key Responsibilities & Requirements CA with 12+ years of corporate finance experience, including 4–5 years in Finance Head / CFO-level roles.



Strong Financial Controlling & Accounting experience is the most critical requirement for this position. Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, working capital management, and overall finance operations. Experience in setting up and improving finance systems, MIS, internal controls, costing, and inventory management. Strong ERP exposure, preferably SAP Business One (SAP B1), including ERP implementation, process improvement, or upgradation.
