Industry Preference: Candidates from Dry Fruits, Nuts, Spices or FMCG Food companies will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets and expand distributor & retailer networks - Manage distributors, ROI, collections and trade promotions - Lead, train and motivate Sales Executives - Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights - Coordinate with Supply Chain & Marketing teams for product availability and visibility - Develop and maintain robust distributor/retailer relationships What We’re Looking For: - Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA preferred - 1–4 years of FMCG Sales experience - Experience in Dry Fruits, Nuts,
