Our clients span healthcare and hospitals, real estate, B2B industrial, wellness, retail and education, across Bangalore, Hyderabad and the Gulf.We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle client conversations and convert enquiries into business. Leads are provided — the focus of this role is communication, presentation and closing.ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming leads and enquiries promptly and professionallyUnderstand each prospect's requirements and recommend the right thinkB servicesConduct client meetings and calls,



both in person and onlinePresent the agency's services and proposals clearly and confidentlyHandle client queries and objections through to a decisionFollow up consistently with prospects until closureNegotiate scope and close agreementsCoordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth handover after conversionMaintain accurate records of leads, conversations and conversion statusBuild and maintain long-term client relationshipsQualificationsExperienceMinimum 2 years of sales experience at a marketing, branding, advertising or digital agency (mandatory)Proven track record of converting leads into clientsSkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong presentation and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of branding, digital marketing, SEO, social media and performance marketingNegotiation and objection-handling abilitySelf-motivated with disciplined follow-up habitsKannada and/or Hindi in addition to English is an advantageEducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related fieldOther requirementsBased in Bengaluru and able to work on-site full-time from our Kasturi Nagar officeWilling to travel within the city for client meetings; own two-wheeler preferred
