NAAC accreditation , academic administration, admissions, faculty management, and institutional development. The candidate should be capable of driving academic excellence while ensuring compliance with university and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership

Assist the Principal in the overall administration and strategic planning of the institution.Oversee the academic operations of UG and PG programs.Ensure effective implementation of Bangalore University regulations, curriculum, examinations, and academic policies.Monitor teaching quality, lesson plans, student outcomes, and academic performance.Guide faculty members in curriculum planning, research activities, and professional development.NAAC & Quality Assurance

Lead and coordinate all

NAAC accreditation

activities.Prepare and maintain SSR, AQAR, IQAC documentation, and statutory compliance records.Implement quality initiatives and institutional best practices.Coordinate audits, inspections, and accreditation visits.Admissions & Student Affairs

Oversee the complete admissions process and ensure admission targets are achieved.Develop admission strategies and improve student enrollment.Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to increase admissions.Address student grievances and ensure student discipline and welfare.Faculty & Department Management

Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and support teaching and non-teaching staff.Allocate workload, timetables, departmental responsibilities,



and academic duties.Conduct faculty performance reviews and ensure academic accountability.Promote a collaborative and high-performance work culture.International Collaborations

Establish and maintain international academic collaborations and MoUs.Develop global partnerships for student exchange, faculty exchange, internships, and collaborative research.Coordinate international conferences, seminars, and academic initiatives.Institutional Administration

Ensure compliance with Bangalore University, UGC, AICTE (where applicable), and other statutory regulations.Coordinate with Heads of Departments for smooth academic functioning.Prepare institutional reports, academic calendars, and policy documents.Support strategic planning, institutional growth, and innovation initiatives.Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in a relevant disciplineMinimum

10+ years of teaching experience , including

5+ years in academic administration

as Vice Principal, Dean, HOD, Academic Coordinator, or equivalent leadership role.Proven experience working with

Bangalore University

regulations, inspections, and academic processes.Strong experience handling

NAAC accreditation , IQAC, SSR, AQAR, and quality assurance activities.Experience managing admissions, faculty, departmental operations, and institutional administration.Demonstrated experience in developing

international academic collaborations and institutional tie-ups .Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.Strong knowledge of higher education policies, governance, and regulatory compliance.Preferred Skills
