We are looking for a

Memory Design Engineer

with 3+ years of experience in memory circuit design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and verifying SRAM/compiler memory circuits, along with a strong understanding of CMOS analog/digital design principles.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop SRAM/compiler memory circuits for advanced technology nodes.Perform circuit design, simulation, and optimization for performance, power, and area (PPA).Design memory sub-blocks such as sense amplifiers, decoders, write drivers, precharge circuits, and control logic.Conduct schematic design, simulation, and verification using industry-standard EDA tools.Collaborate with layout, characterization, and verification teams to ensure first-pass silicon success.Analyze and debug silicon issues,



supporting characterization and product validation.Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the memory development cycle.Required Skills3+ years of experience in

Memory Design .Strong understanding of

SRAM architecture

and memory design concepts.Hands-on experience with

custom circuit design

and transistor-level simulations.Good knowledge of CMOS analog and digital circuit design.Experience with EDA tools such as

Cadence Virtuoso ,

Spectre ,

HSPICE , or equivalent.Familiarity with advanced process nodes is an added advantage.Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Positive communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or a related field.Experience with low-power and high-speed memory design is a plus.Experience:
