Job Description Job Description – Assistant Security Officer n Position: Assistant Security Officer n Department: Security n Salary: ₹30,000 per month n Location - Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh GT Road n Job Summary n We are looking for a physically fit and confident Assistant Security Officer to maintain safety, security, and discipline within the restaurant premises. The ideal candidate should have a solid physical presence, good height, and a well-built physique, similar to a professional bouncer. n Key Responsibilities n Maintain security and safety of the restaurant, guests, employees, and property. n Monitor entry and exit of guests, staff, vendors, and visitors. n Ensure proper crowd management, especially during busy hours and events. n Handle difficult or disruptive situations calmly and professionally. n Conduct regular security rounds of the restaurant premises. n Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities. n Assist in preventing theft, unauthorized access, and other security incidents.



n Coordinate with restaurant management and local authorities when required. n Maintain security logs and incident reports. n Ensure compliance with restaurant security and safety procedures. n Support emergency response and evacuation procedures when required. n Candidate Requirements n Previous experience in security, bouncer, hospitality security, or a similar role preferred. n Good height and strong, well-built physique with a confident personality. n Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for extended periods. n Good communication and guest-handling skills. n Alert, disciplined, responsible, and professional. n Ability to remain calm and handle challenging situations. n Experience in a restaurant, hotel, nightclub, or hospitality environment will be an advantage. n Key Skills n Physical Fitness | Security Management | Crowd Management | Guest Handling | CCTV Monitoring | Incident Handling | Alertness | Discipline | Communication Skills
