Job Description This is regarding a job prospect with a leading private bank. n n Designation: Vice President - Credit - Wholesale Real Estate n Location: Mumbai n Experience: 10+ years n Education: CA/MBA n Role & Responsibilities: n n - Conduct credit analysis and due diligence by preparing Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN) to evaluate risks related to borrowers, transactions, and underlying securities, and provide initial recommendations. n - Initial screening and structuring of financing deals for commercial real estate. n - Working with the internal team (relationship, legal, technical, and operations) to deliver a timely and well-coordinated solution to clients. n - Communication with the client to learn about their finance requirements, organizational structure, and company model, additionally continuing information gathering and query resolution. n - Present credit proposals to sanctioning authorities for approval. n - Prepare review and renewal credit reports to reassess credit limits and monitor for credit alerts. n - Draft term sheets outlining loan terms and conditions. n - Verify disbursements to ensure compliance with sanctioned terms and conditions. n n Interested candidate can share their updated CV on
