What You'll Do:

n

Plan, execute & optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for Lead Generation & eCommerce clients.

n

Conduct deep audience research, A/B testing, and funnel analysis to improve performance.

n

Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

n





Collaborate with creative & content teams to align ad messaging with brand goals.

n

Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.

n

Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.

n

What We're Looking For:

n

1 years of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns.

n

Proven track record in generating high-quality leads AND eCommerce sales.

n

Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and Google Tag Manager.

n

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar tools.

n

Creative mindset + analytical thinking — able to blend storytelling with data.
