Job Description Key Responsibilities & Requirements: n n Manage the complete LAP loan lifecycle from sourcing to disbursement. n Strong network with 25+ DSA/channel partners. n Good knowledge of LAP products, income assessment, and lending programs. n Basic understanding of financial statements and credit assessment. n Conduct regular field visits to strengthen DSA relationships. n Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets while ensuring process compliance. n Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships. n Proven track record of solid sales performance and business achievements. n n
