Job Description Title: AI Adoption & HR/ Change Management/ Workforce Transformation Consultant n Location: Bangalore n n JOB SUMMARY n AI Adoption & Workforce Transformation – plays a critical role in helping organisations reimagine the future of work through the application of agentic AI. n n This role is focused on guiding clients through end-to-end workforce transformation journeys — from redefining how work is structured, to embedding AI-powered ways of working at scale. The individual will work closely with senior stakeholders to redesign workflows, uplift workforce capabilities, and drive meaningful adoption of AI tools across the enterprise. n n Blending expertise from change management, learning, communications, and transformation, the AI Adoption & Workforce Transformation Senior Manager will design and deliver impactful experiences that help organisations transition from traditional work models to AI-enabled, human-centric operating models. n n What we are looking for: n Change Management leaders with strong AI Adoption or workforce transformation expertise having proven success in large scale adoption of Copilot or an enterprise SaaS products n Excellent communicators with strong hold on comms artifacts (like emails, newsletters town halls), engaging with people. They also need to be well versed with artifacts like: n n Change impact analysis n Training needs analysis n Change plan / strategy n People transformation strategy n User guides n n n ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES n n Strategic Transformation Leadership: n Lead client engagements focused on reimagining work, identifying opportunities to redesign roles, workflows, and operating models using agentic AI.



n Adoption & Change Strategy: n Design and implement comprehensive adoption strategies to embed AI tools into daily workflows, ensuring sustained behaviour change and measurable impact. n Workforce Redesign: n Facilitate workshops and working sessions to help clients rethink how work gets done — shifting from task-based execution to AI-augmented, outcome-driven models. n Client Engagement & Storytelling: n Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for business leaders and employees, enabling understanding and buy-in. n Learning & Capability Building: n Develop and deliver training, enablement programs, and experiential learning journeys to equip employees with the skills needed for the future of work. n Program Delivery: n Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment, momentum, and delivery of business outcomes. n Innovation & Continuous Improvement: n Continuously refine methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks for workforce transformation and AI adoption. n n n MANDATORY SKILLS n n Strong experience in organizational change, transformation, or workforce enablement n Ability to facilitate senior-level workshops and drive strategic discussions n Exceptional storytelling and communication skills n Experience designing and delivering learning or adoption programs n Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams n Ability to translate emerging technologies (especially AI) into business value n High adaptability in quick-paced, ambiguous environments n Experience in industry, consulting or large-scale enterprise transformation is a plus n
