n Experience - 6+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing a team

n Must-Have
n • 6+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing a team
n • Hands-on expertise with CleverTap journey builder, segmentation, A/B testing, analytics (not
n just campaign scheduling)
n • Demonstrated experience improving WhatsApp or email channel metrics (bring numbers to
n interview)
n • Basic SQL ability to write queries to pull cohort/user data from a data warehouse
n • Robust analytical mindset:



you read dashboards to find problems, not just to report numbers
n • Experience building and documenting CRM SOPs and QA frameworks
n • Strong written communication: you can write sharp, contextual messaging, not just
n copy-paste templates
n Good to Have
n • Experience with Metabase or any BI tool for dashboard creation
n • Familiarity with Databricks or similar data platforms
n • SendGrid or equivalent ESP experience for email domain management
n • Background in health, fitness, edtech, or consumer subscription businesses
n • WhatsApp Business API knowledge (template approval, quality ratings, conversation
n categories)
