We are looking for professionals with a

Project Management or Service Delivery background

who have robust customer-facing experience and the potential to transition into a

Customer Success Manager

role.

Location:

Hyderabad (Work from Office)

We're looking for professionals who have experience in:

✅ Managing enterprise customer relationships in IT Infrastructure environment✅ Project Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Engagement✅ NOC, SOC, Networking, Managed Services, Cloud, or Cyber Security domains✅ Driving customer onboarding, service adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction✅ Conducting customer reviews, managing escalations,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams✅ Working with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders

Preferred Background:5–8 years of experience in

Project Management, Service Delivery, or Customer SuccessExperience with

System Integrators (SI)

or Managed Services organizationsStrong understanding of ITIL, SLAs, Incident Management, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer RetentionExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
