ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a creative and commercially driven Senior Sales Consultant to lead décor sales for premium weddings and high-end events. The ideal candidate brings a background in interior design or visual styling — someone who translates a client's vision into a compelling aesthetic proposal and closes deals with confidence and elegance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead end-to-end sales for décor packages — inquiry to signed contractConsult clients on theme, budget & aesthetics; present mood boardsDevelop bespoke proposals: floral, lighting,



linen & installationsManage high-value accounts and drive referral-based businessCoordinate with design & ops teams on execution feasibilityAchieve monthly and quarterly revenue targetsMentor junior sales executives and review client proposalsStay current on wedding trends and luxury event styling

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE5+ years in décor, event, or luxury retail salesDegree or portfolio in interior / spatial designStrong aesthetic sensibility across diverse stylesProficiency in mood board tools (Canva, Adobe)Excellent client-facing presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent client projects

POSITIVE TO HAVENetwork of wedding planners & venuesExperience in event planning or hospitalityKnowledge of fabrication & vendor sourcing
