Job Description:The candidate needs to be a self-motivated individual with skills on project, processes and people management, and should be able to work with limited general supervision. Adequate technical understanding in Life sciences, and experience in Vaccines/Biopharma/Pharma with Good project management skills to manage product development, technology transfer projects or infrastructure for Vaccines and Biologics.The candidate should have excellent people coordinating skills, and work closely with Vaccine R&D; development teams, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supply Chain Management, Regulatory Affairs, Projects Engineering, Finance and other relevant internal stakeholders to aid the delivery of project in Time and Cost. The candidate requires valuable working knowledge of Project Management, Product development processes and an overall understanding of Indian regulatory requirements for Vaccines/Biopharma/Pharma.The individual should be a team player, and should be willing to work in cross functional teams. The candidate should have had the experience of working in matrix organization structure.Key responsibilities:Project management of Vaccines/Biopharma/Pharma development, tech transfer or infrastructure projectsDevelop and Follow key Project management practices and flows that could aid the technical teams in timely delivery of milestones and projects. Apply Project management best practices to achieve deliverables in dynamic environment.Develop, maintain and monitor comprehensive project plans (timelines) and budgets (Capex, Opex and Head count) with key milestones, budgets,



and resources assigned to specific tasks and outcomes; define metrics for reporting performance against plan.Coordinate and Monitor Project activities and milestones, Regular team meetings, Project budgets and risksPrepare program and annual budgets, track and report the actual spent and varianceIdentify, communicate and manage project risksResolve potential issues with support from cross functional teams and ensure successful project deliveryPrepare and Share regular updates on project statusAcademic qualifications and Experience:Master degree in Life sciences Or Batchelor degree in Engineering (Biotech) OR Batchelor degree in business administration (Finance, Accounting, Business analytics, Business administration, General management)12+ years of overall work experience working in science driven Vaccines or Biologics or Pharmaceutical companies, with at least 5+ years of project management experienceProficient in project management tools like MS Projects and other computer software like MS Excel, Word, Visio and Power pointExperience in Project planning – resource planning, timelines and budgetsExperience in working with cross functional teamsPMI OR Project management certification is preferredSoft skills:Well-organized and detail-oriented professional with strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills.The ability to work independently with minimal oversight, analyze complex situations, and develop nonstandard solutions.Respect for local culture and should be gender sensitivePositive attitude and Proactive; with ability to propose calculated risks and display adaptive behaviourFull time on-site job with 0-5% travel requirement
