Coordination with the Insurance companies, TPA's and clients for providing the utmost level of customer satisfaction. The role also includes preparing RFQ's, regular follow ups, client servicing, etc. A excellent emphasis needs to be given of following TAT.

Job Profile
- Claims Processing, claims adjudication
- Understand customer issues and facilitate healthcare solution delivery accordingly
- Co-ordination with on multiple teams like Provider Management, Claims & Call Center
- Mode of delivery Calls (Inbound/Outbound), Email & SMS
Support organizational goals towards optimization of cost of service delivery
- Ready to Work in Shift
- Keep self-updated with advancement in medical advancement.
- Medical Transcription on calls
