We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Maintain clear and qualified communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
Manage day-to-day project coordination, follow-ups, schedules, and deadlines.
Coordinate meetings, site visits, drawings, approvals, and project documentation.
Follow up with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Identify project-related issues, communicate them effectively, and coordinate appropriate solutions.

Requirements




Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination.
Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
Solid experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Good understanding of architectural and construction project workflows.
Solid organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Candidates must be based in Kerala and willing to travel for project-related meetings and site visits when required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
