The Role

We're hiring a Performance Marketer to drive growth for Kelleys Kelle. You'll plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, and beyond) — turning ad spend into sales and brand awareness. This is a full-time, in office role in Kozhikode.

What you'll do - Manage paid ad campaigns end-to-end — setup, testing, scaling
Track performance and optimize for ROI and CAC
Run audience segmentation and A/B tests
Build dashboards and campaign reports




Work closely with creative and product teams to keep messaging on-brand
Stay sharp on performance marketing trends and platform updates What we're looking for - Solid experience with paid social and search advertising
Comfortable with analytics tools and reading data to make decisions
Understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and audience targeting
Positive communicator — can explain numbers simply
Organized, can juggle multiple campaigns at once
Bonus: interest in fashion/lifestyle brands, or experience in the space
