Manage overall plant operations and daily production activities.
Plan production, manpower, machines, and materials as per customer requirements.
Handle Rubber-to-Metal Bonding, Moulding, Vulcanization, and Finishing processes.
Monitor production targets, productivity, rejection, rework, and wastage.
Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
Ensure timely completion and dispatch of customer orders.
Handle RDSO requirements, inspections, approvals, and documentation.
Manage plant manpower, discipline, productivity, and team performance.
Resolve production bottlenecks and operational issues.
Prepare daily/weekly production and operations reports for management.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, SOP, 5S, IRIS/ISO and customer requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
