We are looking for a passionate, responsible, and experienced Kindergarten / Playschool Coordinator – Centre Head to lead the day-to-day operations of our preschool. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, organisational, and people-management skills, along with a genuine love for working with young children.

The Centre Head will be responsible for ensuring a protected, happy, nurturing, engaging, and high-quality learning environment for children while effectively coordinating teachers, parents, and administrative activities.
Oversee the overall day-to-day operations and smooth functioning of the preschool.
Coordinate curriculum implementation and ensure quality, child-centred learning.
Ensure child safety, hygiene, discipline,



and a nurturing school setting.
Manage parent communication, meetings, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Handle admission enquiries, campus visits, follow-ups, and enrolment support.
Plan and coordinate school events, celebrations, activities, and field trips.
Maintain student, staff, attendance, academic, and administrative records.
Drive continuous improvement while supporting the school’s educational goals and vision.

Pay: ₹19,803.17 - ₹22,545.70 per month
