– Quality Manager

Location: Talawade, Pune Experience: 3–5 Years Education: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Quality Manager to lead the Quality team and ensure high-quality standards across manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent decision-making ability, and the capability to solve quality issues while ensuring work is completed efficiently by the team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Quality team to achieve daily and monthly quality targets.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Analyze quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Purchase teams to resolve quality concerns.
Monitor rejection, rework, and customer complaints to improve overall performance.
Conduct internal quality audits and maintain quality documentation.
Train and guide employees on quality procedures and best practices.
Ensure timely completion of inspections and quality reports.




Drive accountability and ensure tasks are completed by team members within deadlines.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
Familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100 quality standards is preferred.

Preferred Experience
Experience in CNC/VMC machining or Aerospace & Defence Manufacturing.
Handling customer audits and internal quality systems.
Managing rejection reduction and process improvement projects.
