We are hiring Relationship Managers for Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) products with a leading financial services organization.

The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, lead generation, and driving disbursements for Home Loan and LAP products across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business through direct sales, references, DSAs, connectors, and market sourcing.
Identify and acquire customers for Home Loan and LAP products.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction, and disbursement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, property dealers, and other channel partners.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth processing.
Achieve monthly sales, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.




Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, Housing Finance, NBFC, or Banking sales.
Candidates with experience in field sales / relationship management / direct sales will be preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Good knowledge of the local Delhi NCR market.
Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
Candidates with an existing network of DSAs, builders, property dealers, or customers will have an advantage.
