Ensure all required drawings are accounted for and coordinate follow-ups for: Initial GADs, Revised GADs, Fabrication Drawings, Detailed Part Drawings, Cladding Drawings, and all other necessary drawings.
Follow-up on PR activities of items for each project, verifying the status against the SAP BOM, GAD, and the Glass Status for each project.
Follow-up on the Material Receipt Status of all items for each project and procurement activities of items for projects.
Conducting Tool Box Meetings with Department Heads to discuss all active projects regarding any concerns, requirements, and key action points
Fabrication Status, Looking into Fabrication requirements regarding Drawings or Materials.
Current Jobs Project Schedule Preparation for Client submission, and Preparation & release of Detailed Fabrication Schedules for Fabrication Dept after Fabrication Drgs released.
Fabrication Route Card Preparation as per the Fabrication Schedule
Preparation of Monthly Dispatch Plan, Monthly Fabrication Plan, Monthly Assembly Plan
Provide support to projects managment by coordinating with internal teams, managing documentation, and assisting with any other related tasks.
