About the Role

UVita is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who enjoys working with numbers, dashboards, and growth metrics. You’ll manage and scale paid ad campaigns to drive real business results—leads, conversions, and ROI.

What You’ll Do
Run and optimize paid ads on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn
Own the full marketing funnel: Awareness → Leads → Conversions → Retention
Track and analyze performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad dashboards
Optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
A/B test creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences
Manage and scale ad budgets efficiently
Work closely with content and design teams
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights

What We’re Looking For




3–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
Valuable with numbers, analysis, and reporting
Experience with conversion tracking and funnels
Background in lead generation or growth-focused brands

Good to Have
Experience with SaaS, D2C campaigns
Landing page & CRO knowledge
Experience managing ₹5L+ monthly ad budgets
