We are looking for a Telecalling & Lead Generation Executive to help us connect with potential customers interested in buying residential plots.

This is a hybrid and flexible work opportunity, suitable for candidates who are confident speaking with people and are interested in sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain our residential plot projects and offers clearly.
Understand the customer's budget, location preference and requirements.
Identify genuinely interested prospects.
Follow up with interested customers.
Schedule site visits and appointments.
Maintain basic records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into site visits.

Requirements
Valuable communication skills in Hindi/Hinglish.
Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous sales/telecalling experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
