We are seeking an organized and proactive Admin & Sales Support Executive to manage customer enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, order coordination, documentation, and administrative support. The role requires solid communication, attention to detail, and coordination with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Role & responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
Prepare and manage quotations, follow-ups, and records.
Process and verify customer Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate orders, dispatches, and delivery updates.
Maintain customer, vendor, quotation, and PO documentation.
Support sales teams with reports, follow-ups,
and customer information.
Maintain Excel records and administrative reports.
Assist with ISO-related documentation and record control.
