We are hiring a Sales coordinator to prepare quotations accurate, timely, and competitive for our technical/engineering products & services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in reading technical specifications, costing, and coordinating with the sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare technical quotations based on client requirements, drawings, and specifications
Calculate costing (material, labour, overheads, margins) accurately
Coordinate with sales, procurement, teams to finalize pricing
Maintain quotation records, follow-ups, and revision history
Communicate with clients/vendors to clarify technical requirements
Ensure quotations are submitted within deadlines
Analyze past quotations to improve pricing accuracy and win rate
Required Skills
Positive understanding of technical/engineering terminology and specifications
Robust knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and quotation , Google sheet etc
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
