Handle calls and enquiries from potential clients.
Understand client profiles and immigration requirements.
Explain visa and immigration services clearly.
Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate client and follow-up records in CRM.
Coordinate with the processing team for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Ability to explain complex information clearly.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and email.
