The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP CRM and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive SAP CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
Design and deliver customized training programs for end-users on SAP CRM modules.
Analyze data from various sources to provide insights on customer behavior and preferences.
Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics.




Ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM with other systems and applications.

Job Requirements
Solid knowledge of SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
