Key Responsibilities:

Sales &
Business Development:
Identify, approach, and onboard clinics, diagnostic labs, schools, and healthcare institutions to adopt the HFiles platform.
Develop partnerships with wellness brands, product manufacturers, and service providers for listing and integration on HFiles.
Build and maintain a strong network of specialist doctors, health professionals, and wellness experts.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly onboarding and revenue targets.

Marketing &
Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to increase awareness and adoption of the HFiles portal.
Create content and promotional materials highlighting platform benefits for different segments (clinics, labs, wellness providers, etc.).
Collaborate with the design and technical teams to refine user experience and product positioning.
Manage social media presence, events, and community outreach to build brand trust and engagement.

Market Research &
Strategy:
Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging opportunities.




Gather client feedback to support product improvement and feature development.
Contribute to pricing strategy, sales forecasts, and marketing plans.

Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, healthcare marketing, or SaaS/product-based sales (health tech experience preferred).
Strong understanding of healthcare institutions, diagnostic services, and wellness industry trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing, and data-driven sales strategies.
Ability to work independently and meet targets in a quick-paced setting.

Prior experience working with hospitals, clinics, or health tech startups.
Network of medical and wellness specialists.

Pay: ₹9,109.17 - ₹30,000.00 per month
