Key Responsibilities
Independently manage Purchase, Sales, Bank and Expense entries in Tally.
Perform and review regular Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
Manage and monitor Debtors and Creditors.
Ensure timely follow-up and coordination for customer outstanding payments and vendor payments.
Prepare and review TDS workings and ensure timely compliance.
Prepare and review GST workings and related accounting data.
Handle and maintain complete books of accounts with accuracy.
Finalize accounts independently and coordinate the complete finalization process with the CA.
Prepare all required schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents for Finalization of Accounts.
Coordinate with CA, auditors and other external specialists for accounting,



audit and compliance requirements.
Prepare and submit regular MIS Reports to management.
Prepare and analyze Cash Flow Statements and Fund Flow Statements.
Monitor financial transactions and highlight discrepancies or issues to management.
Support management with financial data, reports and analysis for decision-making.
Ensure proper accounting controls, documentation and timely completion of all accounting activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
