Lead the BBG business for the region by driving MSME asset & liability growth, managing regional P&L;, ensuring credit quality, and leading Cluster Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Branch Heads.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve regional business targets across SME loans, Working Capital, LAP, Term Loans, and CASA.
Build and grow relationships with MSME and business banking clients through branch and sales channels.
Monitor portfolio quality, credit underwriting, NPAs, and recovery performance.
Lead, coach, and drive productivity of regional BBG sales and branch teams.
Increase cross-sell of Trade Finance, Forex, CMS, and other fee-based banking products.
Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and risk governance across the region.

Candidate Profile
12–20+ years in Business Banking, SME/Commercial Banking, or Corporate Banking.
Solid experience in regional P&L; management, MSME lending, and team leadership.
Graduate required; MBA/CA preferred.
