Job Overview

Pesh Group is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and oversee junior accountants
Prepare and finalize financial statements and reports
Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams
Ensure timely tax filings and compliance
Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning




Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements
8+ years of accounting experience
Qualification: CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / B.Com
Experience in real estate industry will be an added advantage
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance
Experience with accounting software like Tally, ERP systems
Good understanding of financial reporting and auditing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle responsibilities independently

Salary & Benefits
₹55,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience and qualification)
