Key Responsibilities
Analyse General Ledger for accuracy of accounting.
Post month end standard journals
Prepare and analyze financial statements
Create Dashboards, Ratios and Trend Analysis
Create schedules to Balance sheet
Inventory Reporting and ABC Analysis
Maintain Fixed asset Register
Creating Revenue Budgets and Cash Budgets
Liason with External accountants for finalisation of year end books
Ensure compliance with Accounting Standard for Private Enterprises
Work closely with AP team and suggest process improvements
Positive communication and leadership skills are essential
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online required.
Knowledge and experience in Power BI will be an added advantage
