ABOUT THE COMPANY

nWe are partnering with a fast-growing, promoter-led alloy steel manufacturer to hire a Regional Sales Lead– North. This is a high-ownership leadership role managing one of the company's most critical markets, covering the North India OEM and industrial belt (Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh).

nABOUT THE ROLE

nThis is the regional leadership role in the organisation reporting directly to the Sales Head responsible for scaling an existing revenue base of ₹250 Cr, entering strategic new markets, and building a high-performing national sales organisation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with deep exposure to high-specification steel, forgings, or adjacent engineering sectors, and a proven track record of enterprise account management, vendor qualification cycles, and value-based selling.

nRESPONSIBILITIES

Drive ₹100–300 Cr regional revenue
n
Lead growth across OEMs, distributors & key industrial accounts
n
Build solid relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, EPC & industrial clients
n
Expand presence across Delhi-NCR, Ludhiana, Jaipur and Faridabad clusters
n
Own pricing, margins, collections & overall regional P&L;
n
Lead and scale a high-performing sales team
n

nQUALIFICATIONS

n

n
12–20 years in steel / alloy steel / forgings / castings / engineering sales
n
Proven experience handling the North region (must-have)
n
Solid exposure to OEM / key account / industrial sales
n
Track record of revenue growth and team leadership
n
English communication is crucial for this role
n
