Roles & Responsibilities
Climb telecom towers and perform work-at-height activities safely.
Install, mount, align, and maintain antennas, RRUs, and telecom equipment.
Install and route RF, feeder, fiber, and power cables.
Perform equipment replacement and site maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
Report site issues and complete daily work reports.
Requirements
Experience: 0–3 Years in Telecom / Tower Rigger.
Qualification: 10th / Inter / ITI / Diploma.
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
Willing to travel to telecom sites.
Basic knowledge of telecom equipment preferred.
2-Wheeler and Driving License Mandatory.
