Sales Manager – Accord Fitness

Accord Fitness is a growing fitness centre in the heart of Dwarka Sector 8, serving one of Delhi's most fitness-conscious residential communities. We're looking for a Sales Manager who can own our revenue number, not just chase walk-ins.

What you'll own

You will be the engine behind our membership growth. That means:
Owning the monthly membership sales target and reporting revenue performance directly to the owner
Converting walk-ins, phone enquiries, and social media leads into memberships through gym tours and consultative selling
Driving renewals, upgrades, and personal training package sales to existing members
Building a local lead pipeline: corporate tie-ups, society events, referral programs, and partnerships in the Dwarka area

What we're looking for
A proven closer: you've carried a sales target before and hit it (fitness, wellness, hospitality, insurance, real estate, or similar target-driven sales backgrounds all welcome)




Fluent in Hindi and English — our members are a mix, and you should be equally persuasive in both
Comfortable with a 6-day work week, including weekends (a weekday off, since weekends are our busiest days)
Confident with basic tools: WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and lead follow-up
Energy that matches a gym floor: positive, presentable, and persistent without being pushy

What you'll get
₹21,500 – ₹32,500 per month, based on experience and Capability.
