n Role: Sales Specialist n

n Experience: 0–3 Years preferred | High-performance freshers may also apply n### Key Responsibilities n1.

Sales

Pipeline & Customer Engagementn* Manage day-to-day sales pipeline and lead follow-ups n

n* Conduct customer calls, product discussions and demonstrations n

n* Identify current business opportunities and convert qualified leads n2.

Sales Target

Achievementn* Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets n

n* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports n

n Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure n3. Conferences & Workshopsn Represent ONE Simulation at conferences, exhibitions and workshops n

n* Engage with healthcare specialists, institutions and decision-makers n

n Generate leads and actively convert event prospects into sales n4.



Sales-Driven Mindsetn Strong hunger for achieving and exceeding targets n

n* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills n

n* Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment n

n Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshops n### What We’re Looking For n Solid communication and interpersonal skills n

n* Passion for sales and business development n

n* Ability to build relationships and influence customers n

n* Self-motivated, target-oriented and highly accountable n
