equired Skills
7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP QM.
Strong understanding of SAP QM business processes and configuration.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of integration with SAP MM, PP, SD, and EWM/WM.
Experience with Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, and Quality Control.
Robust experience in testing and production support.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Valuable communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working in onsite/offshore or distributed teams is an advantage.

Preferred
SAP QM certification is an added advantage.
Experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
Knowledge of Fiori applications related to SAP QM.
Experience in manufacturing, automotive, pharma, or other quality-intensive industries.
Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and Agile project environments.
