Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer enquiries, promoting automobiles, conducting follow-ups, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, insurance, exchange offers, and accessories.
Arrange and conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
Convert enquiries into bookings and sales through effective follow-up.
Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, service, and delivery teams.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/DMS.




Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and customer events.
Stay updated on products, offers, and competitor activities.

Requirements
Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Degree preferred.
Experience in automobile, retail, field, or direct sales will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling abilities.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valid driving licence will be an advantage.
