Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Associate to build hospital partnerships, generate patient leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, and hospital staff.
Promote CarePal Money and ImpactGuru solutions within hospitals.
Generate leads by interacting with patients and their families.
Explain loan and crowdfunding solutions and assist with the application process.




Coordinate with internal teams for lead follow-ups and conversions.
Track leads, referrals, and conversions and share regular updates.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, healthcare, fintech, insurance, or financial services.
Positive communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Comfortable with local travel and hospital visits.
Basic knowledge of CRM and digital tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced workplace.
