About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Trainee to join our real estate sales team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in real estate, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming/outbound leads and communicate with potential buyers.
Understand clients’ requirements, budgets, and property preferences.
Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits to clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Coordinate and schedule property/site visits.
Work closely with the leader to understand the
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/Excel.




Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients.
Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
Work towards achieving sales targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's in marketing
Solid communication skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Interest in sales and the real estate industry.
Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven setting.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
