Manage and supervise daily hospital billing operations.
Prepare and verify inpatient and outpatient bills accurately.
Review patient charges, packages, discounts, deposits, and final bills.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, insurance/TPA, and front-office teams for billing requirements.
Handle cashless and reimbursement insurance/TPA claims.
Verify pre-authorizations, claim documents, discharge summaries, and final bills.
Submit claims to insurance companies/TPAs and follow up on pending claims.
Monitor rejected, denied, and short-settled claims and coordinate for resolution.
Reconcile hospital billing, collections, deposits, and insurance receivables.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing/revenue reports.
Identify billing errors and ensure corrections before final submission.




Handle patient billing queries and resolve discrepancies professionally.
Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and insurance/TPA procedures.
Train and guide junior billing executives and billing staff.
Coordinate with the finance/accounts department for outstanding payments and reconciliation.
Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of patient and financial information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
