Senior Design Engineer Electrical

Ground Mounted Solar | HT & Transmission

Sadbhav Futuretech Limited is hiring an experienced Senior Design Engineer Electrical for our Solar EPC / Renewable Energy business.

If you have strong experience in Utility-Scale Ground Mounted Solar, HT Systems, Switchyard & Transmission Design, this is an excellent prospect to work on large-scale renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical design activities for Utility-Scale Ground Mounted Solar Projects.
Prepare and review SLDs, Electrical Layouts, Cable Routing, Earthing & Lightning Protection Drawings.
Design HT Networks (11kV/33kV), Switchyards and Transmission Interfaces.
Handle electrical design calculations including Cable Sizing, Voltage Drop, Short Circuit, Earthing and Lightning Protection.
Prepare Transformer Sizing, Equipment Selection and Electrical BOQs.
Review Vendor Drawings, Technical Specifications and Equipment Documents.
Coordinate with Civil, Procurement, Projects, Planning and QA/QC teams.
Coordinate on DISCOM / STU / CTU requirements and Grid Connectivity.
Provide technical support during project execution and site activities.
Ensure designs comply with applicable IS, IEC,



CEA and utility standards.

Ideal Candidate
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
7 to 15+ years of relevant experience in Electrical Design / Solar EPC.
Strong experience in Utility-Scale Ground Mounted Solar Projects.
Hands-on exposure to HT Infrastructure, Switchyards and Transmission Systems.
Good understanding of electrical engineering calculations and design deliverables.
Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
