Job Purpose

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, strengthen dealer/distributor relationships, and increase the market presence of Viva Aluminium

Composite Panels (ACP).

Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Identify, appoint, and develop recent dealers, distributors, fabricators, and channel partners.
Maintain solid relationships with existing dealers and distributors to generate repeat business.
Conduct regular market visits and identify potential customers and upcoming projects.
Build relationships with architects, contractors, builders, fabricators, faade consultants, and

other influencers.
Generate leads and follow up regularly for conversion and order closure.
Promote Viva ACP products and communicate product features,



applications, and benefits to

customers.
Ensure robust product visibility and market penetration within the assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, new products, and market trends and provide regular

market feedback.
Coordinate internally with sales coordination, dispatch, accounts, and other departments for

smooth order execution.
Follow up with customers/channel partners for payments and outstanding collections.
Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit reports, lead status, and sales MIS.
Participate in dealer meets, exhibitions, architect meets, and other promotional activities as required.

Candidate Profile
Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
3–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the Building Materials industry.
Candidates from ACP, Plywood, Laminates, HPL, Glass, Panels, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Paints,

Architectural Hardware, or similar industries will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor and channel sales.Role & responsibilities
